The customer service at this specific budget location was very poor. The person at the front desk was very confused about whether I could modify my reservation. He went so far as to make me call the Budget call center while I was in the retail location picking up my rental. It was very confusing and time consuming. After I got an answer from a Budget customer service representative, he called his manager and disagreed with what Budget had told me over the phone in front of him. He wanted to charge me $100 more than stated on the rental agreement. To make matters worse, the car we picked up was not clean inside or out. I usually have good service from Budget but I found this location to be quite bad.

so far so good. I make reservations through Costco and get good prices. I always bring the car back clean and never had an issue on any extra billing. The car is always ready as promised.

Business does not have the ability to input credit cards manually, by chip, or by any other means. They rely on a machine to swipe that does not function reliably and are not able to rent a car if the machine doesn't work. Would recommend renting from a different location with functional machines and realistic business policies.

I had a last minute (as in I need a car today) rental request. on Mother's Day. The company's representative at this location was able to fulfill my request at a not exorbitant price. However, when I got into the car, I saw that it had not been washed and cleaned - it was pretty grubby inside and out - some may not have accepted this car. I have not had this experience with Budget in the past - all rentals have been 100% spot on. The rep offered a $10 reduction in the price. Not a perfect resolution, but overall, I appreciated the effort to provide good service and respond to my concerns.

Average car rental... Great staff though except for this new guy who claimed i scratched the car . And i was like show me the scratch . we got there to see it was just mud stains. Like how can you not tell the différence between a scratch and mud. Are you that eager to have me scratch your car? So you can collect cash and claims?
