They were very busy but very professional, make sure you have a list of questions before you get there as they may not have much time to explain everything to you, even though they were very courteous and approachable, I rented a car for 10 day with unlimited kilometer allowance and still paid at least $100 less than what I would have with their competition... very happy with their service and will most definitely use them next time I visit Canada... I also want to add Marlin and Navinder were great to talk to and answered all my questions, I highly suggest you talk to then if you have any dramas. Catch ya later fellas!

If there was an option to choose 0 stars that's what I would do!! Horrible Horrible service!!! It started with me requesting a pick up after I was told they offer that service and all we need to do is call! The man that answered the phone said he cannot send anyone to pick us up because he's the only one there! after taking an uber to the location the same man, Navinder, was super rude and didn't even seem like he wanted to rent to us! And he was a so called assistant manager! I reserved a car for my staff, when my employee arrived there was an issue with her credit card, she had to have one so the name matches the driver which is understandable, In order to resolve the situation (or at least I thought in would be resolved), I sent my business partner there with his credit card while my staff was waiting the whole time for him to arrive, we were going to put it under his name on his credit card and add my employee as an additional driver for a fee (which I have done many times before), he then said he will still not rent to us because the additional driver needs to have a credit card as well which is a complete joke!! I have never been told that the additional driver needs to have a credit card!! after arguing and being there for 2 hours he was rude and was lying to our faces saying there is no manager around and that he cannot rent to us!!! apparently my business partner has tried renting here before and had problems with the same guy before. after deciding I will not waste my time anymore, We drove to the location on 99 street 4 min away and within 5 min rented a car!!! this location is a complete joke! Avoid going there!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I picked up a car on Sunday, told them over the phone and upon pick up that I wanted the rental for 2 DAYS!!! Not once did any of their employees tell me that they charge by calendar days. You would think that after me stating that my drop off time would be 48 hours after my pick up, that I would have to drop off on Monday evening in order to pay for only 2 days! They knew full well what they were doing and chose to not to say anything just to put some extra money in their pockets. Needless to say, I was charged for 3 days instead of the 2 which it should of been. I’ve dealt with the Calgary trail location about 10+ times and never had any issues with them. The employees at this location need way more training on their customer service skills. Not even an apology was given to me for being told the wrong information! I’m a loyal Enterprise customer but this will be the first and last time I ever use this location! I’m hoping head office will be more helpful in this situation then their so called “manager in training” was

I've been renting from this location almost once a month for the past year, service is always great from Navinder and the team! It is a smaller location so parking can be tricky. The plus side is the basic cars often run out early, which means free upgrades! 😁
