Our company has been dealing with the Driving Force for over 20 years! Their staff are extremely professional and very well informed. In our industry we can be very demanding at times and the staff are always willing to accommodate our requests and make sure everything is to our standards. Ashley Thompson is always there for our last minute requests, and for that I am thankful. The Drive Force should be proud of the company they have built and the professionalism that all their staff portray. All I can say is a huge thank-you for everything you do to help our company.

Winter safety. Our relationship between DRIVING FORCE and the ski industry started this past summer to ensure there were quality vehicle rental options for winter driving. I was immediately struck by their attention to details like snow rated tires and roof racks. They asked insightful questions on things that are often overlooked. This has already proved to be a benefit when driving on snowy mountain roads. Another notable trait is their people. Folks like Taylor at the rental vehicle call centre simply put a smile on your face by just a phone call. This seems consistent with each person we have met in the company. Perhaps there is something in the water, but it appears obvious there is a strong commitment to customer service and organisational culture. Our partnership was initiated to ensure ski clients felt secure. I am now convinced guests will feel comforted by both the vehicle, as well as the care and attention that serves them.

After using various chain vehicle rental companies for many years, I was happy to finally start working with Driving Force. For the past 5 years Tracy and now Taylor have always taken great care of my rental needs. I am always confident in recommending them to others.

I use them very frequently and all staff are quick to help and very friendly. They are always ready to accommodate our needs on a timely basis. I recommend them highly. Taylor Lewis is the rep that I deal with and she is a pleasure to talk to and always give me prompt friendly service.

I have the pleasure of getting to know Taylor Lewis as my account and rentals rep. She is beyond amazing and always goes beyond for myself and my organization. I have used Driving Force West Edmonton multiple times both personally and professionally, and Taylor has always been my go-to for the times I am stuck! Taylor is a real MVP within Driving Force. I seriously suggest you all reach out and give her a call to set up your next booking! She's awesome!
