The worst company what I have ever saw. I did reservation one day ago, but next day I had a call from that office... They (Nikita) told that they have no car for me for today. Needless to say that I needet one for busines trip to Calgary. I asked them about any car at any location in Edmonton and had strange answer : I called to ALL and they have nothing for you. I asked what I have to do with my reservation number and got an answer : Call to Budget... Nasty situation, aspecially when a phoned to different location of this company and they had a lot of cars for rent. They even didn't call to different locations, but said that they Phoned ALL locations. I will never work with them again.

This place is so disorganized 2 weeks trying to get a truck and they lie and tell you whatever they think you need to hear in order to keep you on the hook. Finally told my insurance and the were not happy with them. 4 hrs to get exactly what I wanted from calmont rentals. I suggest strongly u go anywhere else. The staff I delt with are rude disrespectful. Please do urself a favor go any where else .

They were ready and easy to deal with. Kelly also called to make sure everything was going smoothly the day after picking up the vehicle.
