The staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car is outstanding! They provided me with a car when I needed one and actually gave me the econo-car rate for a pick-up truck rental at no extra charge. Their service was exactually what you would want it to be. They were accommodating and flexible and their positive customer service was highly appreciated. Highly recommend!!!!

I only give one star because zero is not an option. We used Enterprise for an insurance claim. Our rental term ended up being longer because of issues at the body shop. Instead of dealing with the 2 insurance companies involved they continuosly harassed us and finally took their payment without an insurance resolution or our permission. They were rude and uncompassionate. To be clear, our accident was 100% not our fault and suppose to be taken care of by the at fault insurance company. If you are in Airdrie I recommend that you never use this location. They lack the customer service and management skills to run an Enterprise location. And most important, never use them for an insurance claim.

Good service except that the vehicle they gave me had no washer fluid and the passenger wiper didn't move.

My wife had a accident and we needed to get a rental while her car was in the shop in Calgary. She got the call that the car was ready she asked the Airdrie location if she could drop off at a Calgary location as her car was at International Exotic. Enterprise has a location just around the corner they told her she could drop it off and they would make sure they would get her to the shop for her car. Thanks Enterprise for the great service if we ever need a rental we will be coming back to see you.
