Have rented many vehicles from various places, this place always impresses me.. never have any issues, get upgraded without a second thought whenever my chosen vehicle isn't available, quickly adjust my rental when I need it for another day, and Prices are very reasonable.. the people who show me to the car are also extremely friendly and super helpful.. good place all around!

Was upgraded to a premium vehicle from a full-size model. Easy check-in and the staff were efficient & courteous. Return of the vehicle process was also smooth and easy. The vehicle interior was clean and ran without any problems in the snowy road conditions. Pretty easy to operate the electronics. Overall, this has been one of my better rentals.

Overall experience was good but you need to have more staff during the rush hour. Also, the lady who checked the car upon returned was not a good listener. I told her at the beginning that the gas tank was only 1/2 full when we picked up so we returned with a 1/2 full tank. But she went ahead and wanted to charge me for a full tank and it took awhile to explain that over again.

I booked a rental minivan for 11 days out of the Calgary Canada airport location. Vehicle was clean and ready and did a great job for me. I returned the vehicle filthy from my travels and the return was fast, efficient and no problem. By booking pretty far in advance the price was very good. A very satisfying experience.

Absolutely avoid. I was asked to accept a smaller vehicle than the size booked. The attendant finally rustled up an equivalent. It was late and dark and i signed the inspection sheet to get going. On return the next morning the attendant combed over the vehicle and noted a chip mark on the windshield. and advised that this would be billed. I argued with the manager that there had been no stones hit the windshield for the few kilometres it was driven. As a frequent traveller, If this is the business model that Alamo are now following it will be the last rental i take from them or their group.
