Excellent facilities at Calgary airport and Budget staff very friendly and helpful. Great car to drive Toyota Corolla. Controls explained to me and shown how to use. At drop off the assistant was so helpful and got me a luggage trolley yo help out. Very important as I was travelling by myself this time. Thank you Budget staff! Always use this service and would recommend to others.

Fairly often they offer a downgrade vehicle as your first choice. They did tonight and I assume it's because they are out of full size because they offered an upgrade when I asked "why are you offering a downgrade?". They do this about 10 - 25% of the time.

Well our group has now been waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes and the vehicle that we reserved is still not available. Will remember this the next time I fly into the calgary airport and needed a vehicle .

This place price gauges for fuel. How does 18 liters (roughly about 4.5 gallons) equate to $39 US Dollars. This should be illegal and should be stopped. BTW - for some reason you can't just top off your vehicle anywhere - you have to prepay for gas. I don't know how much a rental takes to top off. Beyond frustrating.

Jasmine is the greatest ever! So helpful and kind and deserves a raise or a bonus (just in case the boss is reading this)... I have pledged to name my first born after her.
