Great customer experience time and time again (I have rented from this location over 10 times). I have rented short-term, long-term (when my car was stolen and insurance claim was being sorted out) and for just a few hours while my car was being serviced. I have had great experience with their clean well maintained cars every time. The staff is compassionate and professional and do their best to make every customer feel important. Although I live and work in the S.E. (Auburn Bay) I choose to rent from this location because of their personalized service. Thank you Chippy and associates.

Wow, incredible customer service from Karlie. We picked up a vehicle from the airport and it had issues. Called the plus customer service line, they didn't help, but pushed is off to this location that was close to where we were. Karlie went above and beyond, and did the work that the 1800 people should have done. She found us a great vehicle, and I would highly recommend them.thanks again for the great service Karlie!

Fantastic customer service, seriously. They take care of you and are always ready to help. Located inside the Charlesglen Toyota dealership they have their own counter area in the service department. Chippy is great and himself and his team will go out of their way to make sure your rental experience is as good as it gets. They're always friendly and never seem to be under pressure - by which I mean they take the time to serve you right. More businesses should look to them for how to take care of their clientele without being obsequious. Well done!

I rented a Mercedes c300 from here, awesome car! Customer service was awesome when I returned my car. I am not sure of her name however the lady that helped me was great.

VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Where do i start with this establishment ...The African man who was the manager first made us wait 20 minutes to speak to us because he was taking calls when we came in. Our rental term was partially covered under insurance and the other half we had to pay for ourselves. My dad had given them a card which was due to expire in a month and they took 500 from that which we agreed on but when the card expire HE CONSTANTLY HARASSED MY MOTHER, FATHER, MY FATHERS WORK, MY WORK and MY CELL PHONE saying we had to bring it back or else he was calling the police which was unnecessary as me and my mother told him we would in the evening. When my mother called to pay we STRICTLY INSTRUCTED ON THE RECORDING THAT HE ONLY TAKE OUT $500 which we repeated twice and he agreed. Find out a month later he had CHARGED 2500$? THIS IS A VERY POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT AND THIS MAN NOT ONLY EXPLOITED THE FACT THAT MY PARENTS DONT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL BUT HE LIED TO THEM AND HAD NO SHAME. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE.
