Rented pickup truck for 3 day hunt. I was greeted with OUTSTANDING customer service. Flexibility to meet my schedule. Ride to drop off car and a ride home. Aly was the customer service rep who is fantastic and deserves a raise. Marianne was incredible on drop off ride and exhibited a high degree of grace and flexibility in the ride. Then Mr. Jamaica gave me a ride home.... really cool dude. Truck was a Dodge Ram 1500 which worked flawlessly... I am pleased to recommend this location with the highest regard. I would give all these people a raise if they worked for me.

Great customer service. My husband was looking for a Cargo Van, they didn't have one available for the date we needed but Balpreet found a Cargo Van in other place and gave us the address and phone number to contact them on Monday when they will open. If you go there ask for Balpreet. Good job Discount Team: 5 star customer service.

You need to take a shuttle from the airport. At the location, it was fast and efficient. The key stopped working on our last day, and we had to quickly find another car. I had to be patient as they investigated, but they were very courteous the whole way through and reimbursed me for the high last minute expenses. Special shout out to the manager for the customer service.

This company, location and staff are corrupt. I've been harassed for over a year threatened with legal action as well as disrespectful unknowledgeable staff approximately 7 times. Each time they have apologized and promised that this was the end, "ensuring" the issue was resolved. This company and location are criminals and should never be trusted or rented from ever. Multiple times my issue has been resolved yet every few months they come back with more threats. Do not every trust this company or branch as they will try to charge you for everything that is their own fault. They hope their "clients" will roll over from their threats. I hope they pursue legal action since I would be happy to make them pay for all my legal expenses, as well as inconvenience costs. I have all the proper documentation (always have). Yet they continue to hope that I simply forget and pay for their problems. Please do not use this company for any reason. They will cause you more headache beyond belief.
