If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service and they try to rip you off and take advantage of you. I returned a vehicle and after 2 months of returning the vehicle (dropped off in good condition) they charged my credit card for damages. They would not allow me to see the vehicle or send me photos of the damage. The Calgary regional manager Brandon Inns dodged my calls for three months. I finally got lawyers involved and to no shock at all the damage was fake and they had to refund me the money. I will never rent from here again as they will rip you off and try to take advantage. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Steer away from Discount if you want to be treated respectfully. Andrea the manager wannabe will treat you like trash. That pretentious rude cun7 should be kept in a cage away from humans.

While the rental vehicle was great and the process started well, the payment process was a disappointment. The morning agent was not certain if I could pay for the rental with all of my Petro-Points (believing it may be limited to just the 10,000 for $10 off), so suggested that I speak to the manager upon drop off and receive the discount/reimbursement then. While the manager seemed to understand what I wanted, he instead credited more points for the cash purchase and closed my transaction leaving me without any deduction or use of points - but rather IF they remain partnered with Petro I can use it NEXT time. Not the way to do business.

Used to be 5 stars, now the service is not customer friendly at all. Irritated, impatient emplyees and always very hard to get ahold of the manager for any clarifications
