I have always had superior customer service at this location. It is obvious that management cares about your experience, and the staff is wonderful. Renting a vehicle is usually such a hassle, but doing it here honestly brightens my day. This isn't the closest location for me, but it is worth going out of my way. Thanks for the awesome service!

I would not recommend this Enterprise. The girl claimed there was a dent on the driver side's door at the very bottom. I could not see it at all. She got her manager to come out. He went behind the car (~1 meter away from the rear of the car) and said that at a angle if you look at it, there is a dent. I still could not see the damage at all. I even took pictures. They would not take the car without me getting a claim # (even though I was a preferred customer through Aviva). I didn't feel like a preferred customer at all. They told me to go to the Airport location and put a note on the file so the airport branch would not charge $50 drop off fee. I went to the Airport location and they accepted the car fine. The Airport location also had better lighting. STAY AWAY from this location cause they just tell you that they are about to close and demand their preferred customers to figure things out. The Fish Creek and Airport locations treated me well.

Absolutely FANTASTIC staff, each and every person I spoke with was incredibly helpful, each one asked if I needed help carrying my things, and moved QUICKLY through everyone who came through the door. A gentleman greeted each customer as they came through the door with a hand shake. Would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking to rent a car. The district manager was also in the store at this time, very warm and welcoming! Kudos to your fantastic team!

I used to rent from this location all the time for business use. Everything worked really great up until my last rental, which was mid September. After complaining, I was promised a phone call from someone in the management, it is October and still waiting for that call. Vehicle provided to me was horrible; there was a strong smell coming from the floor ( because of no mats?) as well as cloth seats so I drove from Calgary to Edmonton with windows open in 5 degrees. The sliding door would not stay open (imagine being parked on downhill slope, and trying to keep the door open while removing stuff from the inside). Person dealing with me wouldn't change the vehicle upon requesting quoting it was too busy. No follow-up calls were made during my last reservation either. Being a regular customer at this location, I used to deal with Inder all the time. His departure can be felt in inadequate service and follow-ups. New person really need to pick up their game and take care of their regular customers considering number of other rental companies in the area. I am leaning towards giving them another chance but I'll definitely be thinking twice before booking here again. Please don't reply with a request to write to some email. All the details are already in your system.
