I deal with Melissa Anderson there and she deserves 10 Stars!!! Always cheery , pleasant and will always go above and beyond for here customers! I wish all car rental companies were half as accommodating.

Extremely worth prices. Nice services. We rented 2 vehicles for 3days but unexpectedly we couldn't return the vehicle on time and we returned late night. But they were really generous and charged us only for 3days and nothing for the delay. We loved their service and would recommend them. But I personally hated the policy of driver's age to be 25+.

Good service and nice staff. The truck rental service is amazing. Most of the time we rent the trucks they are brand new.

I've been dealing with Driving Force for about 4-5 years now. As a small business owner I've grown to depend on DF for all my rental needs. I rent everything from passenger cars, Dodge Caravans, to Ford Transit cargo vans. Regardless, they are always clean and ready to go when I arrive. Both Melissa and Raghav are both competent and really friendly to deal with :) And a quick email is all it takes to create a reservation. On a personal note: Recently I experienced a minor issue as result of a miscommunication, both the rental manager and the branch manager stepped in and everything was resolved with minimal fuss in a professional capacity. Is DF perfect? No, nobody is. But they set the bar really high compared to the other rental agencies I previously dealt with. I get the honest impression that they really care about about customer service and relations. So, yes, two thumbs up!
