Had a vehicle and I was able to rent. However, AMA sent me for a 35 a day rental and they only had brand new trucks so I am paying 66 a day with rental and extra insurance since you know that they are going to see every ding. They really need to keep reasonable cars available.

Fast and friendly. Good vehicle at great price. Special mention to the one who looked after me.

Great experience, great service. They were very patient and helpful. Gave us great support, helping us figure out who is paying what, when we were not able to get this info through my insurance company. Higly recomend the Sherwood Park branch. Definitely will use them again.

Called budget 1st wasn’t to thrilled with the customer service so I tried Enterprise. Better customer service at Enterprise but same vehicle was $20/day more. Cheaper to take a cab to work and back!

I was referred to them by my insurance company and found them very disorganized. They did not have a car for me when they stated. I rented from another place while I waited. I would have not gone back to them if it wasn’t for my insurance claim. The one guy (manager I think) was very over-the-top used car salesman type of guy. I found him too “friendly” which was uncomfortable. The other guy (Daniel I think) was genuine and pleasant to do business with. The car I got was nice though and in good condition. I still wouldn’t use them by choice in the future.
