I had great service at this location. Katrina was professional and very friendly during the pick-up and drop-off of the rental car. She explained all of the coverage and walked around the car with me when I picked up the car. She also explained all the features on the car too. Plus on drop-off she drove me back to work so that I didn't have to make other arrangements.

The experience I had was absolutely incredible. Felt welcomed the second I walked into the office. Nathan delivered and answered any concerns or questions that I had. Went through all details of the vehicle. Felt very comfortable leaving the parking lot, knowing that I was taken care of. Had no problem exchanging a vehicle. Will definitely be renting from here again, when needed.

I dealt with Nathan when our Jeep had gotten hail damage. He called the day before we had to pick up, asked what type of vehicle I perfered and had a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles waiting. He took the time to show me how everything worked. Was very knowledgeable, polite and had outstanding customer service. He called the day after we got the rental and asked how we liked it, if we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone. 👍👍👍👍👍

I have dealt with Nathan 2x in the past 6 months. I would not go anywhere else but this location because of his exceptional customer service. I was recommended this location and I can now see why, as someone who takes great pride in providing exemplary service is rare in todays world. Nathan is courteous and pays close attention to his customer needs and was always sure to make a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. I will never go any further than Fort Saskatchewan if I ever need these services again.
