Discount is the best car rental company to go to. It has the best deals and great customer service. Trevor, Joy and Liberty from Fort Sask. and North Edmonton were very impressive in terms of taking care of my rental needs. If I need a car, I would always rent from Discount henceforth. Great job Discount for your 10 on 10 customer service!!

Joy is the best!! I booked a car rental and when I arrived to pick up, my car was no longer available. Joy took care of it and made a truck available instead. From the 1st day to the day i returned the truck, Joy was helpful and just such an amazing person to deal with. I would recommend renting from this location to anyone. Ask for Joy.

My rental was great, all processing was smooth. Only downside was the fact that the cargo van didn't have cruise control and I was doing an 800km+ journey.

Best truck rental experience ever! Kathy was amazing. She was by herself and managed 15 phone calls and a customer in front of us with a smile on her face. Incredibly pleasant to deal with for a great price. We dropped off our cargo van at the Southside location and the female that helped us was very nice and even though she was swamped with customers and phone calls (again, only one working) she made the drop of quick and painless. Definitely recommend both locations. I'll never use U-Haul again!

Was about 150 bucks cheaper than the 5 other places I called for a 5 day rental of a pickup truck. Got a brand new toyota tundra and it was a great truck. He told me what was available when I asked. When i called enterprise they wouldn't tell me what I was going to get. I think if you spend this kind of money you at least know what you are going to drive. I will call here first next time.
