I live 1 hr in the City away from this location (which there are closer AVIS locations) but this is me Preferred Avis. Staffs are friendly & efficient (Colin), customer service is excellent, very accommodating - Lisa is absolutely fantastic and A-amazing.

Terrible experience. I bought the full coverage for insurance and was told after the incident that the most common thing i.e. windshield wasn't covered and got charged $200 for that. Rip off.

I booked a car through my work and got a great discount. They didn't have the car I wanted so I paid a small upgrade to a nicer vehicle. No problem. The issue came when they then charged me a ton of extra coverage fees, which were not the amount I agreed and it turned out it was per day and not for the duration of the rental. I asked for the total amount and they told me a day price, or so they say. So a $56.00 rental ended up costing me $270.00. When I complained they put me on hold for 10 minutes, then put me through to the reservations number, then I called back and they put me on hold for another 10 minutes before telling me that there is nothing that they can do. I never had any of these issues with Discount. I'll go with them next time.
