Useless manager! I cut my hand open on their door and he wouldn’t even give me a band aid or write a incident report! On top of it they come to pick me and my kids up to rent a vehicle and he instantly tells me my card won’t work! That it’s not a real credit card. And he wouldn’t even try to swipe my card. I ask to speak to someone higher up and he tells me to leave. What an idiot you just picked me up and my rental was already paid for on Expedia he was just being a tool! I had to go to discount rental and no problems what so ever! Swiped my card and I left in rental. I wrote another comment but the manager keeps reporting it as abuse so people won’t see the truth about this stupid manager! As well I was supposed to be picking up rental at 2 and there shuttle didn’t even show up til 230!

Excellent service. Had the right car for me. There was a misunderstanding in the rental agreement when I returned the car but the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Would rent from here again.

Excellent service. Make sure you sign up for fast track. They will treat you like VIP and picking up and dropping off is a breeze.

Another rental company had "overlooked"our booking which had been made two weeks previously. We were supposed to leave for our vacation in 3 hours. I called budget and they rented us a vehicle in time for us to leave with no hassles! Highly recommend this company!
