I would give no stars if I could. Worst Rental Car experience of all time. The whole process was a pain due to incompetent staff. When I first arrived I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. Then I was charged an additional $20 a day for insurance that was never discussed prior to the rental. At the end I couldn't get a shuttle back to the airport so I had to spend additional money on an Uber. Not only did they not provide the shuttle, it took them 15 minutes to come outside and tell me that the shuttle wasn't running. Absolute Joke!!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. When I got off the shuttle, I noticed a customer walking away from a rental as it didn't meet his requirements. The staff was telling him they can't guarantee the vehicle will still be available later. His response was that it isn't available now. I should have gotten on the shuttle with him. Another customer was annoyed that the SUV they rented had no spare tire and they were heading for the mountains. The car I had requested wasn't available so they offered me an "upgrade" to either a truck or a minivan. Due to time constraints I took the minivan, it had a huge dent in the door. It was the worst possible option for me. They are slimy in how they deal with customers. You have been warned, save your money and your sanity ... go elsewhere. I've learned my lesson, I won't be back.

Not a very easy company to deal with. On the plus side we got an upgraded vehicle and it was very nicely taken care of. We got a minivan instead of a sedan. On the downside it's a real pain to have to go off-site but we knew that in advance. The deposit was $500 dollars and the car seat was really old and crappy. Also they don't have any rear facing car seats. Even though we paid the deposit they still charged us 60 bucks to fix a chip in the windshield. You definately get what u pay for.

This place was HORRIBLE. I agree with the other reviews. It's far from the airport, it took us two shuttles to get there. When we did, they had no cars. Spent two more hours waiting at the AVIS they took us to for a car to arrive for us. There were four other groups this happened to with us. We watched a senior employer talk really condescendingly to our driver who I presume was new. Honestly I can't think of anything good to say about this experience except for leaving. It ruined our day and we lost out on a cool animal tour in Banff. Don't let them ruin your holiday too.

Awful customer service. We rented a car with them which we fully prepaid, but they were unable to lend us a car as planned due to some robbery that happened. We were transferred to AVIS which honored the car rental in ACE’s place, but AVIS charged for the rental a second time. I asked for a refund from ACE right away and was told that I would get it between 4 to 7 working days. It has been more than a month now and I still didn’t get my refund, despite calling three times and emailing them once. Edit: Finally got a refund cheque by mail a week after writing this review.
