No issues, other than the store is inside the Toyota dealer, no enterprise sign.

Slowest service today. Been waiting 20 minutes just to be seen to return a rental.. who knows how long I'll wait to get a ride back to my own vehicle..

I had a wonderful, easy rental experience with Greg. He was very helpful with all of my needs. I was picked up at the designated time. I definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental and would rent with them again. Sandy Wenman

** PLEASE NOTE: this 5 star rating is for the Cochrane store only, the guys in Edmonton are one star*** At the end of December, 2017, I obtained a rental car from Enterprise in Edmonton on the north side. I had planned to travel to Cochrane and Calgary to visit friends, but the car I was given (Hyundai Veloster) was not equipped for winter travel. I tried to return the car to the Edmonton dealer after driving it for a half-hour, but was told "that was all they had available" and "all our cars are equipped with mud and snow rated tires". I drove VERY carefully to Cochrane, white knuckle all the way. The next day I contacted Mr. Greg Young, the branch manager in Cochrane, and informed him of my predicament. He was very helpful and professional and immediately got me another, much more suitable vehicle, taking the Veloster off my hands with no complaint. He saved Enterprise from a very bad review, and saved my trip.
