I just had an Amazing experience with this Location. Jackson looked after our families needs in utmost amazing way, even thou it was a last minute same day rental he gave us great rate and great service! Very much recommended! Thank you very much Jackson!

Ever since Jackson has come to this location, it’s become the best Avis I’ve dealt with on numerous occasions. He knows how to take care of his customers and acts like a corporate manager should. It’s gone from a 0 star experience to a 5*. Thanks Jackson and team!

Good service from the staff. Good and generally new cars. Car was clean, but had a funny smell inside (perhaps from the cover up required due to a previous renter smoking in the car, but that funny smell was hardly noticable after the car was running for a minute).

Talk about Avis becoming one of the worst places to rent a vehicle from. Not sure if they are franchising to anyone who will buy the business but all of the Avis locations are becoming dilapidated. I’ve been renting from Avis for years for work and this is the first time the customer service rep told me that the fuel tank wasn’t all the way to the top so I had to pay to fill it up again. The funny thing is, I had just filled up before I returned the car and the needle did reach the top. Watch out, these guys will nickel and dime you! If you ever pick up the car and the needle isn’t exceeding the top bar, make sure they fill it up to the top before you drive away.

Terrible place to rent a car. Had a reservation booked weeks in advance only to show up the day of the reservation only to did they didn’t have our vehicle. Then they tried to give us a more expensive vehicle and charge us a higher rate. Just rent from a more reputable company to avoid any headaches.
