This was my first time renting a car with Budget and frankly if not for what happened after I returned the car, this would have been a 4 or 5 star review. The gentleman who dealt with me waited a little over 20 minutes after closing time to help me and I do appreciate that. But I left my garage door opener in the car when I dropped it off on Saturday. I went back to the office on Monday morning but I was told the car had been rented out and that I would get a call later. No call came. I called and I was given another excuse. Budget would call me back. No call came. My wife called and spoke to Budget's customer service manager who promised to look into the issue and call back. No call came. So today my wife called again and spoke to some regional manager and now Budget says there was no garage opener in the car! And this after two weeks of not even trying to look for the opener! I know I left the opener in the car. I could see it but I could not get to it because I had already sent the keys down the chute in the Macleod Trail office. This is so unprofessional! So now not only does Budget have my home address, but someone in there has my garage door opener as well!

This was my first time using Budget and the agent I met was awesome. Priscilla took her time just to make sure I get the best. I would recommend budget to anyone who wants to rent a vehicle

Honestly this is probably one of the best car rental agencies I've ever had to deal with... not every budget specifically this budget. There is a gentleman by the name of Lam who is not only happy cordial and super upbeat but super easy to work with quick efficient and really cares.. I didn't have a fun adventure this time getting to Calgary so I wasn't in the best of mood and the whole series of events just stressed me right out and he just turned that right around! I actually travel regularly to Calgary from Montreal and I usually pick up my car from the airport but I'm actually going to just take a cab over to this location and pick up my car from the Macleod Trail location moving forward! First of all it's almost $150 cheaper without the airport fees and the cab ride is only 43 bucks to get there from the airport... on your way back to the airport you can make arrangements to drop the car there they're pretty flexible with this the fee is minimal and again comes out to weigh less than the whole car rental from the airport anyway the No BS there's no giving your car away you know I actually got upgraded for free which is super nice and yeah you know it's just quick, easy, and painless... which in my busy world's this is what I'm looking for and need! This is my go-to place when I come to Calgary moving forward :-)

After a long day of traveling from Toronto we were welcomed by Priscilla. We were very tired and very annoyed that they didn't have the vehicle we had reserved. Priscilla was very professional and patient with our attitude. In the end we left with an upgrade vehicle that we are enjoying and would definitely deal with Budget again because of Priscilla.
