The people at Enterprise were really great. I only use Enterprise as a last resort because their process or system of operating is frustrating. If you visit the Enterprise website and make a purchase/reservation you will pick a car, enter all your credit card information, and get a print-out with a confirmation number. BUT, when you arrive you will find that the card was not yet charged because they don't take payments in advance. At this point you have to give them your credit card information again. What was the purpose of entering the card info back when I was on their website? Who has that card info if Enterprise doesn't? Also I was not the card holder I was just the driver who flew in from out of state to help the card holder get home from a long stay in a hospital. AVIS let's me pay in advance. When I arrive I have a paid for car waiting. Much easier. I recommend AVIS.

Getting the car was no sweat, but while we were returning it I think the employee tried scamming us. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. Our receipt we got the day we picked up the vehicle was $199. We only rented for 24hours and when we returned the car, the employee told was the price we were being charged was $450 then after the manager got involved he said it was $250. That employee went to help someone else as the manager finished helping was and stated the price was $199, just like or receipt had shown and she stated she could not find where the employee was getting the $450 or $250 prices from.

I never write reviews, but this got me going. Two stars for the good service when getting the car. But upon return, I left something in there and tried calling as soon as I realized I forgot it and it was nowhere to be found. The manager assured me none of the staff took it, which not even he can assume that nor should he. He tried to explain that the staff is trained to put anything in lost and found, but if so then wouldn't it be it the lost and found? No. It wasn't in the car, it wasn't in lost and found, and conveniently no one remembers it or can find it. I do take part in the blame for forgetting, but I will never go back to that enterprise, nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there (unless they sort out their integrity). Sketchy business if you ask me.

I have been taught to have very low expectations at car rental agencies. This is an exception. Very fast and friendly with absolutely no issues with rental or return. Rented 2 days in a row.

Emily was so great. It was a great rental experience all round. Will rent there everytime. I come to Seattle.
