Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service! Connor looked after us and I can say he was simply outstanding. Price was by far the cheapest and he upgraded us at no extra charge. He personally picked us up from our hotel and dropped us to the train station, which alone saved us $30 in taxi/Uber. Will certainly continue to use enterprise in the future, thanks Connor!

You have to be patient, but if you are, this is still THE BEST CLIENT SERVICE OF ANY CAR RENTAL AGENCY, PERIOD. I recently rented from Enterprise at the East Side Burnside Location (I've rented both West Side and East Side locations as well as many others throughout the Western US) and I was particularly blown away by Daisy's ability to keep on top of everything, not missing a single beat- with an office full of people trying to rent, dropping off, having trouble with a rental and swapping out, etc., and not a single person was upset, mad or felt they were not being taken care of expeditiously. This is just not something you see that often. And, it was not sympathy for Daisy, she didn't need that. It was respect from everyone there as a client because we all felt she was taking great care of us. I see this at almost all Enterprise Locations. But, just taking a minute to notice this particular branch as it was my most recent rental location. ALSO, would like to note that I had a major problem with the first car I rented. It started out fine, and nothing was wrong with the car, but my body was held in a position it should not have been in for a longer period of time- and, to be clear, ANY period of time in that position is not good for me. But, I didn't catch it until I went to try and get out of the car and I almost couldn't without help. I'm disabled and without going into or disclosing a lot of information about my disability, I will tell you everything seemed fine from the start- but boy was I wrong. I wouldn't have known it until I ended up in that position-both literally and figuratively. But, the East Side Manager... I can't remember his name for sure, but I want to say Matt- made it up to me at the end, when I checked the car back into them. He understood and went above and beyond even though it was no one's fault. I was so sincerely appreciative of it, I wanted to make sure to include it in this review. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY !!!!!!!!

Went in to rent a car and they would not rent one. They had cars to rent but kept them, because they were expecting online reservations to be made. That's the story I got. I had to drive another 30 blocks to the next location. Where was able to get a car.

Great service at Burnside location. Rental had mechanical difficulties on the outskirts of Portland. Due to "event" in downtown, we elected not to return the car to that location. We quickly identified another Enterprise location where cars were exchanged and we were back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Enterprise did everything possible to make it a positive experience. Drop in Sacramento was quick and easy. Enterprise promptly returned us to our hotel in Old Town.

It was an amazing experience. The people were awesome when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. We arrived and within 5 minutes we were in our car headed out of the parking lot. I was very impressed with the employees, the service, and the car. Thank you
