CANCELLED MY CHRISTMAS RESERVATION - I just got a call that stated that corporate "decided" to pull all of the premium SUVs from the state of CO. 2 Weeks before my Family and I are headed on a trip to Disneyland for Christmas. They offered to put me in a smaller vehicle at a discount but the 6 of us won't fit in a minivan - BEYOND irate at this point. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER - Follow up - It appears that we have a resolution - I'll update after we return from the trip

This staff is always expected to do too much for their size. Just my opinion. Kandis' is a fine manager and has afforded me extra attention for being a "regular" in her shop.

Beware, all local drivers who need a rental car for any reason. Enterprise company representatives will NOT tell you that anytime you use a rental car and drive a toll road in Colorado, you will be charged an additional fee by Enterprise, not only for the tolls you have incurred in your rental car, but ALSO they add on a $3.00 fee for each toll you pass through. If you use toll roads in the Denver metro area, and need to rent a car, make sure to call the company that provides your transponder and get the rental car's licence number activated for your account. Of course, this is in the contract, but it's somewhere in the small print of the contract you must sign. It sure would have been nice ($240 of tolls charged to my credit card via Enterprise) to have the Enterprise representative TELL me that this option is available to transponder account users. Instead, Enterprise just made a bunch of money off of my driving habits. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE THAT MIGHT COST YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.
