Worst car rental experience ever. Had to wait for them to wash my car as they are “legally” responsible. I waited and my car was not washed and was ringed and broken. Less than a mile driving off the lot I had a low tire pressure warning and a completely flat tire. I called Avis 5 minutes after getting the car and wanted to charge me extra to fix it. Worst customer experience ever. I rent cars often and will make sure I NEVER do Avis ever again. Horrid mistake.

Good price with no one-way drop off charge to different airport. So a better deal than Enterprise. That said, Vegas maintenance is lacking. Had tire and oil change issues when rented out. Avis customer service was good though.

I used to travel extensively and rented from Avis whenever I could. It's been a while, but now I remember why. For this rental they had the best price by a good margin. No extra fee for dropping the car in a different location, the staff was very helpful and gave me a nice car which was as clean as you could expect. Pickup and drop-off were easy and quick.

I travel a lot for work and leisure. Avis is hands down my #1 favorite rental car company. Easy, no hassle experience with minimal wait, and super friendly staff.

1. My prepaid reservation was canceled due to my flight being late. This is completely unacceptable. 2. Vehicle was not available. 45 minute wait for the car was completely ridiculous. 3. Car was freshly washed outside. The inside was dirty, Lots of sand, empty beer and energy drink cans, plastic bags inside. Sticky energy drink residue on back seats. Response from Avis - "you got your car, what else do you want?"
