Horrible. Had a reservation for a family van for 5 people plus luggage the Thursday before Labor Day to go camping. I get there around 4ish. The one and only guy behind the counter (Hamilton, I believe) was nice and did all he could to help. Ran credit cards, pulled the vehicles around and the whole 9. Had 5 people ahead of me and waited about 45 mins before I overheard him tell another worker, that finally showed up, that the van's window was busted out at another location and they "don't have another vehicle" for me unless I wanted to "come back tomorrow".. I can't do that, I have plans!! Needless to say, I was able to get the Tahoe from the mother-in-law that night in an emergency but the tire got a flat on the way up the next day. Still made the best of camping...but Enterprise did nothing to help. Good luck if you go when it's busy there.
