Checking in, choosing and getting my rental was super fast, that I couldn't believe it. I had to ask twice, that's it? Just show my I.D.? All the staff were friendly and helpful. All ready to get the job done! I did not waste anytime trying to rent a vehicle. Super fast process! Definitely will be coming here again. The rental prices are also Super Great!!

Great and pleasant experience renting a vehicle at this location! It was quick and easy. The assistant manager Christian Sandoval helped us find the perfect car for our time in California. He was patient, kind, and made us feel like a priority. We highly appreciate the service we received during our time there and will definitely be using the enterprise at this location again!

I am an loyal Enterprise customer. I used to choose the cheapest rental possible, based on the theory that a car is a car, and all that mattered was the price. But after several bad experiences with other rental companies I started to appreciate the real difference. What makes Enterprise better is the PEOPLE, not the car itself. Enterprise seems to consistently hire, train, and motivate people who are consistently better at getting me into the best car they can at the best price, with a genuine smile on their face, and making the rental experience much better than other companies. And overall their prices are also very competitive. If I occasionally pay a few dollars more on one trip, I save at least as much on the next one.

We always use Enterprise when we rent vehicles (because they're usually the most affordable), but the LAX location is, by far, the best branch I've ever rented from! The check-in process was incredibly easy when we got there. They have do-it-yourself kiosks, but since I'd never used one before, there was a woman standing there to help people like me. Once I checked in, another woman walked us right to the vehicle and started looking it over with us. The return was even easier. There were several employees outside the office waiting to check in the people returning vehicles. They checked it over and emailed me the receipt. 10/10 - would absolutely rent from this Enterprise location again!

Renting from here was the easiest process ever. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also glad they're open 24/7 being that we had an early flight back home. We even had the same lady as our shuttle driver when we got picked up, also very friendly. I would definitely get a rental from Enterprise again. Thank you so much for your service!
