Very good customer service. Very fast service and took less than 10 minutes and got my mini van. I was lucky they had one available since I had to go to LA that morning.

Nice staff. Car was not as clean as I would have liked, but for coming in early, they still made it a quick experience, although it was a little extra heavy on trying to sell me the extra insurance.

Usually the staff at this location is amazing. Unfortunately. it seems they let a bad hire slip through the cracks. Not sure of her name, but she has red hair and green eyes. She was quite condescending during the course of our interaction. It was obvious that she had an attitude, and attempted to charge me an inflated rate to extend my reservation. She has awful customer service, and in my opinion may need further training.

This location has discriminated against me. Unfortunately this has been a pretty rough week for me and my family. My roommate rented a car from this location and unfortunately someone hit him on the freeway. 2 Days Later someone pulled out in front of me and damage my car to the point where it can't be driven. I went to get a rental car from the the same location because my roommate was already doing business with this location and they're the only location in Vallejo. I spoke to the manager at this location by the name of Hawk. He told me that he would not rent a car to me because of my roommate getting into an accident. My roommate was hit on the freeway unfortunately the person fled the scene. He waited for the CHP to arrive and filed a report. this was not his fault and this is definitely not my fault yet I'm being denied a rental!? My insurance approved me for the rental and I have a clean driving record but I'm being discriminated against by this location simply because of living with my roommate. Do not go to this location!!! I sat in the waiting room with my four children with no car because the manager was so inconsiderate. Now this manager has placed a note in my file that I brought back a damaged vehicle. I have nothing to do with that vehicle I simply live in the same house. I asked the manager for the policy and procedure stating that this is how they handle business in this situation and he did not and could not provide me anything. Now the other locations are all telling me this note is on file and they cannot rent a car to me even though I had nothing to do with this. This is discrimination...
