Their office and lot isn't in the cleanest part of town, but they give great service. I showed up for the reservation made by my insurance company, and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. They put me in a nice clean car that ran well and had enough gas to get me to where I needed to go before having to refuel. The check in and pick up process could not have been smoother. Thanks, Enterprise.

I rent from this location on a regular basis. I normally deal with Juan due to his superior service. If I am unable to deal with Juan, his co-workers also provide satisfactory service. This is a convenient and friendly location.

I've always gotten great service from Enterprise rent-a-car and this location was no different! Peta gave outstanding customer service! She went over the vehicles options and remained very professional. I forgot to bring my major credit card with me and only had my debit card so I wasn't able to get the vehicle I requested. I understood that because it is their policy on the more luxurious type vehicles. Very happy with Peta's customer service she provided. I would recommend this location for sure. Would have given 5 stars but the Jeep I had hurt my back. Wish I could have thanked Peta in person but she was off the day I returned the vehicle. Thanks Enterprise!

Enterprise is an excellent rental car company but not this location the service was extremely rude unprofessional the cars were not even washed they had dents all over it tires were bald as a matter of fact it was so bad I went directly to another Enterprise and they quickly without any hesitation took care of my needs I could not have been happier this was a location in Moreno Valley excellent excellent how do you recommend them

Called and reserved a car, was told they'd pick us up in an hour. 2 hrs and 2 calls later was told we have no cars and 'we've been trying to call you'. (Always a ready excuse. I) NEVER have I had a problem with Enterprise, but this one is the pits!
