This branch is run by monkeys. One of the reps met my wife at a body shop to make a reservation, there they obtained all of her information to secure a rental for today (including our address). We arrived tonight and were not allowed to use our bank debit card. We don't tend to carry our credit cards to avoid using them. When asked why we couldn't just put it on our debit card, we were told "because you have an Illinois drivers license." When asked why we were not informed ahead of time we were told "I didn't know you had an Illinois livens." Yet, they were able to pull up a previous rental in their system from June. I've been using Enterprise dating back to 2001, and they were always my go to. No more though. I'll rent through. You lost a very loyal customer today, Enterprise.

we got a rental van when a neighbor backed into our van and I must say they were very helpful they brought it right to the repair shop we left it at the repair shop when we picked up our van a few days later everything was perfect they were very sweet and considerate what's a very pleasant experience I was prepared for a hassle of instead it was just very easy and convenient

The Kenosha Enterprise Rental Car location is A+ quality. Easily the best in the Kenosha area. The staff is great and the new manager is professional and understanding so say the least. I had mistakenl how the process works for long term rentals, well I kept the vehicle longer than I should have and it was a huge mistake on my part. The staff and management was upset but handled the situation very professional. I recommend Enterprise to anyone. Great company!

Did not appreciate the gas tank about half full when I picked the car up. Really hard to return the car with a half tank! Can't estimate how much gas to put in!! Otherwise the service and car was fine.
