I can’t say enough about Routes Car Rental in Leduc . I rented a car from them for 6 weeks and during that time they were amazing to deal with , Tracey you make it such a pleasure renting a vehicle from you and always happy smiling and informs you about anything and all questions answered. All the staff I dealt with were great!! I would definitely go back if I ever need to rent a vehicle again!! Prices were the best over the 5 places I checked out prior . Thanks so much girls!! I highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. Staff were great. We were booked with another company who did not have a vehicle for us when we arrived. We called Routes and they picked us up and got us into a routes vehicle without delay. very effective. Honestly can't say enough, the service was wonderful. Thanks Tracy Fabulous!

Family rented from the Edmonton location after getting shafted by Budget. The Routes people were amazing. We will most certainly rent from them again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A special thank you to Tracy who went above and beyond to help us. A true pleasure to find a company invested in the customers experience. THANK YOU!!

I was going to just rate the service but I decided to read the other reviews. One person had a bad experience which sounded like mine. I made my reservation for the wrong date and called Routes when I arrived in Edmonton. The staff were excellent. They helped me make the changes and got me a car with nothing but smiles. I highly recommend Routes. The Edmonton location was incredible. Thanks Routes!
