Love the convenient location. Easy check in and drop off. Great value for the price. Twice I have been upgraded because the time I got there they were out of the size I ordered. My go-to when I fly into Edmonton.

Quick and easy, but it was on a stat Monday. Had a premium car booked, which was a nice Chrysler 300, but it was rear wheel drive. That was fine because the weather didn't call for snow, but it would have been nice if they allowed for a change in vehicles to something else that wasn't rear wheel drive when I requested it. Everything is a upcharge with rental car companies; I get it. Even a downgrade in vehicles. Overall was decent experience, pretty par for the course.

I left my sunglasses in the car, and the customer who rented the same vehicle right after me already found and returned them to the company. While it has been over a month and I haven't received anything (same city shipping). I have to call them every time by myself to get any valuable information. While they simply didn't answer or never called me back. They were just unable to find the employee who was on the shift. So far, no details and solutions are provided to me.
