The car was good. The person working at Enterprise was pushy and fast. Felt like I was buying a Ford Pinto from a Used Car salesmen. He did not show us anything on the car. How to use the remote start for example. He was more concerned about all the extra insurance charges. Told wife and I that if we get a rock chip in the windshield, it would cost us $700.00 out of our pocket is a perfect example. Gets two stars just for the newness and size of the car. The car didn't do anything wrong here, Enterprise did

Unhappy customer! Here's the story: I have an apparent speeding fine. $280 for going 82 on a 50 zone. Despite asking Enterprise not to charge my credit card until I've taken my case to court they went ahead, against my instructions and charged my credit card. I've learned that the court has the right to dismiss my case based on the fact that the fine has been paid. WHAT!!?? I'm charged against my will and now cannot defend my case in court. How is that fair? Poor choice Enterprise. And a warning to others that Enterprise is a poor choice.

I arrived at the Rental Car office July 26th and immediately went to the counter of the Rental Car company where I had a reservation. It was not Enterprise, it was Avis. I had reserved the car for my estimated arrival time of 9:00. I got to the counter early and was told to take a seat and wait with the others - there were four other parties sitting there waiting with their luggage to be called up. I never heard of this before and the rest of the renters were as baffled and frustrated as I was. (I found out later that if you waited until 9 you got a better rate for the time frame but no one told me that or gave me the option) So I went to Enterprise counter, right next door and was immediately taken care of - staff very friendly and helpful and professional. I was escorted personally to my car to check for scratches/damage - it was a brand new car so of course there was none, and I was on my way before 9:00 - and for a better rate! Upon return, the service was again speedy, professional and friendly. Even though I checked the car to make sure I didn't leave anything, I realized a couple of weeks later I could not find my sunglasses. They were magnetic, made for my prescription glasses, small and dark and I could see how I might have left them on the seat or somewhere in the car and may not have seen them when I checked. So I called Enterprise and was served by a man who took my number and told me he would call back. The following week, when he didn't call back, I called them and was served by a woman who put me on hold and immediately checked the lost and found. She came back on the phone all happy to tell me they had them safe and sound. At first, I was instructed to send a courier to pick them up but they ended up doing me a favor and shipped them to my home in Oshawa, Ontario. I received them this week - in excellent condition - I was so relieved. I think the woman's name was Jamie so I'd like to extend a thank you to her for taking that extra effort for good, and somewhat rare these days, customer service. Another happy, satisfied customer.

Does not meet the high quality I've come to expect of Enterprise. Costs twice as much as the off airport location when initially quoted. I said I had to call the other places to see what they offered. He then tacked on over $400 after I called him back, which now made it 300% more than the location that's only a $30 cab ride away from. Blamed it on supply and demand... after only 10 mins?
