I had a horrible experience with another car rental company who left me hanging. Avis was great and helped me out of my predicament. They were quick as they knew I was on a time crunch. The staff were personable and friendly. I will book with them the first time around and never agian use the other guys.

The "Owner" here is a serious joke. No customer service, no knowledge. No follow through on booking the reservation to ensure he has adequate supply of rentals. He has little man syndrome and walks around like the world owes him something. I think he has slammed his head in too many car doors!!.. Avoid this little worm at all costs. Enterprise or budget is 10000000 times better than this idiot and you will be guaranteed to have a rental.

Horrible customer service. The lady who checked me in made it seem like I was ruining her day by picking up my rental. When I apologized for the inconvenience she replied "but you're not really sorry, are you?" I don't know how they expect to have return customers after an interaction like that. Their only saving grace is that they are open on Sundays unlike the others in the city. I certainly hope that this was a one-off, but I will not be returning.

I rented a car for 6 days and had a great overall experience. Got the best price out of all the car rental places in Red Deer!

Never rented but see that Avis just puts standard responses no matter what is written. As an aside, since I only saw one good review, I wouldn't rent here.
