Oh my goodness! 😮I recently used this location twice in the last couple months to rent vehicles while mine was being repaired. The staff here were seriously amazing! 👏👏👏Rikki-Lee 😇especially went above and beyond when taking care of a portion of my glass coverage bill after learning of a small issue I experienced with the truck I was driving. She was very thoughtful, super friendly and made the experience an enjoyable one! 🎉Brad was so professional and seemed to genuinely care about my details as well! This team has my vote for best place to rent a car in Red Deer! Thanks team Enterprise!!!! 👍I’ll be back!🤠

Such a great experience with these guys. I dropped back a car and left some stuff in the glove box accidentally, I called the next morning and they had it all set aside safely for me to pick up. The service was excellent and the staff super friendly.

So disappointed with the recent service. Since all the new staff came over.. nothing but poor communication, they forgot to pick us up . this will be the last time we'll rent at this location
