I got some great service. Very thorough and even after hours they were able to call a taxi for me to go home. I appreciate the service from the management team there and the staff. Very clean vehicles and they accommodated returning of the vehicle a few minutes late as I was held up in traffic. This will be my go to spot in Red Deer.

They were 45 mins late picking me up. But as soon as I called them, they were very prompt and polite. Offered me a free upgrade.

Booked online, had reservation and confirmation code. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they informed us they had no vehicles. none. no vehicle at all to rent to us. I had arranged for a ride into the city to pick this vehicle up and left without transportation. When I got home I when to the Enterprise wed site again, and see that yes I can rent the same vehicle.... so why would they not give me the vehicle? I did Reserve it days prior to needing it! VERY Unprofessional... will not forget how inconvenient this was to us.

The staff of this location are very rude, non accommodating to the point I am going to file a complaint with the Alberta Human Rights Commission. My insurance company booked me a vehicle here. They were told I have a physical disability prohibiting me from driving a small car. The manager, could not understand his name. Was rude to the point he questioned my disability and still insisted I drive a small car as this is all the insurance company would pay for. I verified with my insurance company and they said no in e fro. Enterprise conatacted them. Overall next time I suggest not dealing with enterprise if at all possible. Poor representation at this location
