The lady was amazingly helpful with my client keep up the great work

This branch is awesome. All of the staff I met were interested in making sure I was looked after and they are knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. If at all possible, I would choose to rent from here over other locations.

Enterprise claims "We'll pick you up". It's their slogan, it's their claim and I chose Enterprise for this purpose alone as I needed a pickup according to their claim. The day prior I called to confirm a pickup, left a message accordingly since no one answered. 2 hours later I called again and left another message. Finally someone calls back and states we have no one that can pick you up tomorrow. No reason, just can't. Called back 1 hour prior to closing and asked to confirm if a pickup was available (because I was not happy with that answer), we don't, not possible. No reason again. Next day had to have my wife miss work to drop me off. Contacted Enterprise via their website and received the most pathetic excuse for customer service I've see yet. """Thank you for your email regarding our pick up policy. My name is ****, and I am happy to assist with your query today! I have researched your query and found that the policy indicates that we will pick you up, but we don't drop off and pick up vehicles. The policy for the location that you have entered, will pick you up as long as you are within a 10 mile radius, (yes, I am in a 10 mile radius), and that is the location that is closest to where you are located. Also, you would be required to call the location in advance at least 2 hours before you needed to picked up. (As I TOLD YOU, I called throughout the entire day before!) Adrian, please let me know if you have any further questions, or concerns and I would be happy to assist you. Have a blessed day! Sincerely, """ Very helpful considering my specific complaint wasn't about Enterprise citing their policy that they didn't honor, and calling it even. The response was nicely designed so you can't reply to the email, and you can't go back into the inquiry thread on their website. Thanks Enterprise. I was going to respond to tell you that I will not be giving you my business, but I guess you don't give a rip.
