Really helpful team here especially as compared to one of the inner city locations. Able to find the right car for me, credit unused fuel, and even give some great advice. Will definitely recommend you come here but give them a call in advance or book online of you need a car quickly as they may need to get one in.

Would not rent from Enterprise again. Had a 12pm booking arrived 10 min late not knowing they close at noon. They knew I was coming no phone call or email. Left us stranded...

I had booked a car for 2 days to visit the mountains, and also to get me to an interview that I had outside of Calgary. After travelling all the way from Mt Pleasant, once I got to the Enterprise store I was told that there were no cars available for me, even though I had booked in advance. They had apparently tried to contact me to let me know, but apparently could not get hold of me as I have a UK number (the website would not allow me to put a country code on my contact details). However, no attempt was made to contact my via the email address I had provided. This led me to wasting an entire day walking around Calgary trying to find another car hire place with available cars, but the entire city had run out of hire cars due to the Calgary Stampede starting this week. I’ve now had to book a taxi to take me an hour outside of Calgary for my interview, which as you can imagine is very expensive. What I don’t understand is why the website would let you book a car in the first place if there are none available? Sort it out Enterprise.

My experience with the employees was great! The only thing I can complain about is that their website doesn't accurately portray the amount or types of vehicles they actually have on hand. I used their website to reserve a truck at two of their locations and both times they called me to tell me they didn't have a truck. Eventually they found me one but their website needs some improvement.

I had a terrible experience at the Calgary Enterprise. First, they rented me a van without Bluetooth, but didn't let me know until I arrived. Navigation was extra. Then, they didn't clear off the van so the windshield was full of ice. A day later after parking inside and the wind sheild thawing I noticed a crack. They charged me for that too. The front tires were bald and slid all over the road. Be VERY CAREFUL before renting here.
