Mrs.

This rental company is awful! Vehicle was so filthy, muddy inside, dust, pet hair and has a noticeable bad smell. They will make you sign an auto rental agreement for a vehicle that is dented and not at all presentable. Then they will hold your deposit and ding you an early drop off fee. Had any of the other rental company had available vehicles, I would've walked away from here. But it was Stampede. Beware of this place. Awful

Absolutely atrocious, we had booked a car for our Calgary trip over 3 months in advance, and yet we were told a few days before the trip that they had no cars available. They had given away the car we wanted, and then they claimed that we had not in fact booked with them and that we were not even in their system. The individual in question Mancit who was the person that told us we were not in their system and did not have any reservation. Prad, was the guy who originally made the reservation for us, yet when we repeatedly asked for him, Mancit stated that he was not available. Bottom line DO NOT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. They will lie right to your face, and are completely unreliable individuals. This Practicar location in Calgary is an absolute scam and fraud. Book with them and you will regret it.
