Made me wait for more than 20 minutes without telling that he has to deal with another issue. When I elaborated that he should have told me... no sorry you can hear. My insurance has to deal with this company, so I met the manager who is so nice and apologetic for the action of her staff. I do understand that it is most of the time an individual person's action. I am just grateful that they don't tolerate such attitude. I am moving it to 3 star from a star and will see when I conclude the service with them though I feel they deserve 5 star already for the recent experience. They did a good job showing they care for their customers in fact. 5 star for you. Thanks.

Due to my insurance, I was rented a vehicle through Enterprise for "convenience". It was terrible; there was very little vehicle selection and all base models. I requested a Jeep and was told they "do not carry luxury lines like my Lexus SUV." I was recommended Discount by a friend, and I'm glad I made the switch. Krystal and Sasha went above and beyond; arranging a vehicle after hours to be ready for the next morning, picked me up from Enterprise with paperwork waiting for me when I arrived, and put me in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has been a great experience from the start with Discount, which is much more than I can say from my experience with Enterprise.

Darlene is the one to avoid. She is an extortionist! She says she is the district manager and if her standard and way of operation is what Discount relies on, then I would never use them ever. She signed off on my rental at full tank and told me to bring it back at full. I drove total 27.6kms and filled up the truck to full. Costed 21 dollars, that means I drove around 100kms, which I didn't. I brought up the issue noting that the vehicle she gave to me as full was not full and based on my calculation, they owe me 15 dollars in fuel. I didn't use up the fuel and she said I owe her a filled up car. She took the paperwork then forged it by writing a 7 next to 8, making it a 7/8. She then said she never told me the vehicle was full and it was my error for bringing it back at full. 1. Do you job and check to make sure the vehicle is actually full in fuel before you tell the customers that it is and have them sign off, trusting Discount in the first place. 2. Don't argue with a customer when they bring up a valid error made on your part. 3. Don't forge a document to hide your error, especially if you are a manager of any sort.

This place was the best car rental experience ever in my life. John was the person whom I dealt with and he was super friendly and kind. First he upgraded to premium car for free since the place didn't have the car grade I reserved which was full size. It was Chrysler 300G with full option and John gave me full detail run through of car feature before I take over. It was like a buying a new car from dealership kinda experience. He also gave me the option to return the car on next day morning than originally sellected day without price difference. At last they give you ride back home! None of the other rental car company gives you ride back home....This is the place you want to rent a car my friend. Also they have the most affordable price than anyother rental company!
