All staff I encountered at this location were friendly and accommodating. I originally rented a vehicle for 2 weeks then had to extend it a week at a time for an additional 2 weeks. They were able to meet my request with no issues. I would definitely rent from here again.

Really great service and people here. I'm really impressed by how great they have been so far. Seems like they have the right people in the right positions here. Very happy with the service so far

I received a loaner vehicle from enterprise through my insurance company. It was supposed to be a similar model to my 4runner. They only had a Kia Soul in stock. The tire blew on the trans Canada and there was no spare! I used the tire sealant and pump to repair it and limp back to enterprise. They gave me a Nissan Titan instead and it was a super vehicle. Great service from enterprise!

I brought back my rental vehicle early and fully cleaned out. I'm on the third week of waiting to see my deposit back! Not only did the person at the branch tell me he would deposit the money back to my card he even took it and swiped it just to not deposit it. They told me it would be sent out via standard mail. After 3 weeks and dealing with multiple "managers" we still have yet to be issued our deposit back. They are so unorganized at this branch it's not even funny! They all give you different answers and a run around constantly. It has been a headache dealing with Enterprise and hopefully management makes some changes to this branch and who they have as employees. Very unprofessional and I will not deal with Enterprise again.

My parents were just told that the car they reserved a month ago is no longer there.. the people working there are claiming they were 5 minutes late? This is unacceptable. My Dad was going to drive to see his 93 year old mother. Now what? Thanks a bunch Enterprise, what a great thanksgiving for my family.
