Mickey was seriously incredible!! I was in a bit of a bind and needed a vehicle to leave the next morning early and called her an hour before close in desperation. She made the experience so smooth and took amazing care of me. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her position and excels at it. Thanks for everything! Will definitely be coming back!

Mickey was awesome. Called me several days before the rental date to confirm. Exact vehicle was there on the day of pick up. Mickey very friendly. She was very thorough with the contract, process and inspection. Only wanted van for a 1/2day -3/4 day rental deal. Looks to be a smaller set up, 1person operation, was totally good with that

Darlene says she is a manager or or district manager or something like that, and she has zero concept of customer service, not sure how she got to where she got to. She is rude to her fellow employees and she lies to her customers. She even forged the contract document so she is not liable for her mistake. Don't deal with her.
