Rented in Edmonton, Alberta. Great little Jeep Cherokee. I picked it up with 3/4 tank of gas. When I brought it back, it was full. My choice. The guy at the airport gave me a credit on my bill. SUPER AWESOME and not at all expected!!! Very pleasant experience from beginning to end!! Thanks Alamo. I keep using your company for your excellent customer service.

Rented a SUV at Edmonton Airport location. The car was clean both in & out. Total process of picking up and returning the car went as smooth as it could be (10 minutes to pick up, 2 minutes to drop off). The agent didn't waste time by trying to sell me things like optional insurance, accessories, etc. He did inform me about all essential details and answered my questions clearly. There were no hidden fees, my final payment completely matched the amount I have been quoted at booking.

There was an error on pricing at pick-up which the staff promptly corrected. Staff was courteous and efficient. Returning car was a breeze. Good job guys. Will rent again.
