Staff were pleasant and helpful, renting the car was easy pick-up and drop-off, and it was very reasonably priced. I'm definitely using them again.

Pretty much cheap. I got a caravan for a week and expected a DVD player and Sirius xm but I found nothing was there. The dashboard screen wasn't even a inch!

I had excellent service from National. I arrived at 0045 and all the paperwor, keys and the car were waiting for me. I dropped off at 0400 and a mistake was made with my charge. When I contacted the company they immediately rectified the situation and my card was reimbursed. Great service. This was the only company that offered late service and they did an excellent job.

I rented a car in Edmonton and dropped it off in Lethbridge. I was lucky the counter attendant was there; however, after finalizing my transaction she disappeared like pooooof! I wanted a cab and unlike other airports, cabs weren't lined up at the door because the airport was like a train station.

Nobody was at the counter when I had specified I would be there for pick up. As I write this review I am still waiting now for 35 min and counting and I am stuck in this airport because of this business being unattended to.
