My first impression of this company was positive, I had received great customer service over the phone and I was under the impression that everything was set up and I would have a rental for the week while my car is in the shop. However, once I got there I was asked questions about my insurance policy that were not even mentioned to me once over the phone and this resulted in over 2 hours of sitting at Enterprise while trying to figure out the insurance confusion. After hours of calling and miscommunication I was not granted a rental which was V E R Y inconvenient because I was under the impression that they had all the information they need upon my arrival and it was going to be an easy and fast process. I recommend they ask and get all the information necessary for the rental process before the customer arrives understanding that they will have a rental. It is also very upsetting that before they were even done the process they had me pay the $150 deposit that will now have to be mailed back to me considering I do not have a vehicle to drive back to enterprise to get my money back. Extremely frustrating and an absolute waste of my time.

Staff are great, and are pretty adamant about making sure you have a good experience renting with them. I made a note that the car they had given me smelled like cigarettes and they offered me another car, but I said that I didn't care too much, just wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for cleaning. They ended up giving me a discount which was pretty cool. Went out of their way to make things right.

If I could give them Negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service from the front desk staff from the second I walked in the door. Enterprise will not get you there they wont get you anywhere unless you are local. Ross the driver was a great human though.

They are great every time I deal with them. Its one of my favorite place to visit and rent a car. Very helpful staff. I rent from Enterprise like worth 1000$ per month (different locations) and always have good exp with staff.

So far so good, this morning they picked me up and took me to the rental. Brand new, and very clean vehicle that I get to drive, until mine gets fixed
