I’ve rented from this location a half dozen times. They are always friendly, helpful and honest.

Terrible experience. Booked a uhaul for a one-way trip to move from Edmonton to Cochrane. Made precise arrangements and booked the trip to drop the truck off IN Cochrane. After unloading, I went to return the truck to the scheduled drop off location in Cochrane and was told "sorry, we're suddenly too full here and unable to accept your vehicle, please drop it off 50km away in nearby town". I did not have immediate transportation and was unable to get a ride back from Airdrie and had to bring it in next day. Because UHaul was unable to take the vehicle back on the scheduled day, I was billed for an extra day $87.75. I refused to pay this as it wasn't my fault (u-haul is clearly incapable of managing their fleet, and due to this I was unable to return the vehicle at the agreed location). I received a collection notice for the $87.75. Avoid this location and this company at all cost.

The staff was wonderful and helpful in getting my reservation right and had the truck all ready and warmed up for me. Very clean store also. Highly recommended.
