Emily was incredibly helpful - so informative, friendly, and patient with all my questions! Customer service is a highly underrated attribute, but Emily delivered it to an exceptional standard. I called only to confirm the location address in planning a trip to Michigan, and left our phone call with more answers around fees, booking, location comparisons, and potential discounts than I could have expected. More companies can use an employee of this caliber - Thank you again, Emily!

Made a reservation on the main number. Took an Uber across town to get there (when I was near the airport and all other rental companies) and was told they don't have any cars available. There were a dozen around their lot. The staff was not helpful and did not offer any type of solutions like calling another location or anything. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

Spoke with Fred lol he couldn't help much honestly he sounded like he didn't care. Hertz is a joke, saying I brought back a car with half a tank, which I know damn well it was a full tank. Rented out the car from 10/23- 10/26. over charged my insurance an extra 6days!!! Never again dealing with them. Called corporate and had me on hold for 15mins. Just to tell me they were going to deduct fuel payment but never gave me a total. Y'all are a hot mess😡

Love these guys at this location. I never have an issue renting or returning my vehicle. I do recommend reserving online so you know you'll have a vehicle during busy times.
