I have used National in San Diego (and also in other states) numerous times. All the experiences were excellent. Being able to walk straight through to the car aisle and avoid the counter makes the experience of renting a car so much more relaxing. Being able to choose the car is liberating and throughly enjoyable. All cars I have rented have been extremely clean. Staff have been extremely polite and professional. I love it. Thanks.

Shuttle ride from SAN airport to the rental car center and back was easy and convenient. Renting a car using the Emerald Isle was simple and quick. Returning the car was easy as well. It was one of the best services I have had thus far. I was very happy with their excellent service!

I decided to rent a car from that day minutes before the cab I was in, dropped me off there. To add to that, my plans changed to take me to Mexico!! I have rented from national many times and I like the Emerald club options of picking a car and driving away. That alone keeps me coming back. But today I went to the desk and when they pulled up my details and as soon as he knew I was going to Tijuana, Mexico he immediately offered Mexican insurance. I quickly accepted! Just the way he did that knowing that I don't take the insurance normally was very impressive. I appreciated the professionalism. It continued as he guided me to the cars that were located on another floor. Top notch service once again National. I will be back....

Very very good service. Helpful, fast and no problems at all. The price is a little but higher but it worth it. Feel very comfortable all the time and defintely I will rent a car here again. Also high variety of different vehicles.

Best car rental experience I have had. The process was smooth and straight forward. We picked up and dropped the car off in less than 5 minutes each. We have had lots of negative car rental rental experiences in which we were mislead, had additional prices tagged on, did not receive the class of car we paid for, but this was much better with National. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
