The rental is a bit pricey compared to other rentals but the quality of vehicles and hassle free customer service is well worth it!! The staff at this location are always busy but still manage to do an excellent job taking care of customers quickly and efficiently. They're hard work is worth recognition!

I have rented from this location twice. The representatives are nice enough but when I tried to negotiate a better deal by asking if they price match their other locations, the guy actually said to me “we don’t have to negotiate our pricing, we have more business than we can handle.” I understand what he was saying but it came across kind of rude. Even if that is the case he shouldn’t fault me for asking if they offer discounts like their other locations. I ended up finding another rental at their Springfield branch for $150 cheaper for the week.

Quick and easy experience! They picked me up from my work, had me sign some paperwork and gave me the keys to my rental all within 30 minutes. Once I brought the car back, they had someone there to offer a return ride. Thanks again, highly recommended!

Best gas mileage car ever. Especially for 1200 miles in 3 days. Customer service was great.

Got a rental car here true my insurance company, after I got in accident, while my own car was on the repair. Got a very nice car and outstanding costumer service. They picked me up, so I can get my rental. Then after the dropped off my rental car they gave me a ride back to the auto shop very convenient!
