I got a brand new Ford F-150 for a one day rental while my vehicle was being serviced at Eagle Honda. Truck was brand new drove great, they picked me up at dealership. I returned to them and they took me back to dealership.....no hitches. Very personable and professional. Excellent service.

This location is the best! Me and my husband were preparing a trip to see my younger brother get married and everyone wanted a major credit card or a credit check, but we got in contact with enterprise at first they said they didn’t have anything so we let it go. We then called back and saw if they possibly had anything else, again a no, but he placed my husband on hold and told us they could give us another vehicle bigger and would discount the Insurance for us. How can you deny that! I would say hands down best service from Jonathan, we need more people like him.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful but on the other hand, the car I got first was smelling human urine. I tried to clean the seats since I was far away when I relized , but I guess the smell was coming from floor. I had to go back and change the car. I thought that with all the troubles , they will not charge for that day, but instead they over charged me $170. Seriously!! Please go somewhere else to get a rental.
